Fees & Eligibility

Fees include:

- - Healthy fresh home cooked meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner, healthy snacks and drinks throughout the day.
  - Baby wipes
  - Extra curricular activities – music sessions, forest school, sports, soft play and yoga etc.

The table below shows a breakdown of costs, of choosing a 9 hour day – 8am until 5pm or a 10 hour day- 8am-6pm with the extra charge for later pick up.

Please note that we do offer Feet Funding and the universal 15/30 hours for 3 & 4 year olds which will reduce the daily price displayed. Please ask for details.

Funded hours can be taken over the year under the stretched hours scheme operated through Surrey County council.

The free early education and childcare must be with an approved childcare provider.

Eligibility stops at the end of the term before your child is due to start reception class.

*An admin and resources fee is chargeable for funded hours.

- We request that children attend a minimum of two days per week so that they feel happy and settled at nursery. Fees are payable monthly in advance. Fees are calculated based on the number of weeks and days your child attends Clandon Park Nursery.

We are also registered to accept several Childcare voucher schemes.

We offer term time and all year-round contracts.

We also offer a 5% sibling discount for the oldest child’s fees.

Funding

Some 2-year-olds in England are able to claim funding (up to 15 hours) for free early education. This is dependent on family circumstances and each family will need to apply. Please ask for further information.

We also accept tax free childcare payments.

Free childcare and education for 3 to 4-year-olds

All 3 to 4-year-olds in England receive 570 hours of free early education or childcare per year. We offer this termly entitlement over 38 weeks of the year.

30-hours free childcare and education

Children of parents meeting certain criteria will be eligible for the extended entitlement which provides an additional 570 hours of free childcare per year. This will be offered over 38 weeks, the same way as the 15 hours.

When you can start claiming

The date you can start claiming depends on your child’s birthday.
