Clandon Park nursery fees

The examples below are based on the full 49 weeks that we are open. We are closed for three weeks, one week in the Summer (usually at the end of the Summer term – end of July) and two weeks over the Christmas period.

We no longer offer Term time only places unless exceptional circumstances apply – which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please use the below schedules of fees as a guide – Depending on your start date impacts on total funded / unfunded hours and applicable fees.

Upon acceptance of a place at the setting you will be provided a fee forecast. You will be provided clear information on the total Funded hours and unfunded hours along with consumable fees, this is then divided by 12 months or parts thereof to give a consistent monthly invoice.

The Government provide up to 30 hours a week of funding over 38 weeks. We stretch this funding over 49 weeks. All sessions are full nine-hour days between 0800-1700. There is an additional period until 17:30 which is charged at £10 per session. This is an additional charge, not subject to funded hours and is required to be prebooked.

Funded hours do not cover the cost of meals, consumables, or additional services. The consumable charge is voluntary and currently £10 per day which covers food and enrichment activities. This provides exceptional value and to date no parent has opted out. If you do wish to opt out the alternatives provision policy will apply.

We require a minimum of three days attendance per week.

NOTES FOR FEES

Invoiced -Annual fees divided by 12 months to give a consistent amount each month.

You will be invoiced @ £100 a day for extra days. No funding is available for extra days.

The Government provide 30 hours a week of funding over 38 weeks. We stretch this funding over 49 weeks.

3 days (27) = 20.93 per week

4 and 5 days (30) = 23.27 per week

You will receive the maximum funding per week if you attend at least 4 days a week

Our funded hours are accessed between 10:00 and 17:00 and capped at 7 hours per day.
